Below is the jacket I modified for one of our tasks, it started as a plain leather jacket and I added some off cuts of an old shirt and other things like a chain and lots of safety pins so that it had more of a grunge type look to it, I also added some fringe to the back and the sleeves to give it a little bit more character.
