Level 1 show week, 15th - 16th June 2021

Wednesday 15th: Started the day off fairly early and set the stage for the show, starting with the Annie segment and the clearing it for the Bugsy segment. Most of the day was spent watching the performance and occasionally making things like a sign to go on the front of a briefcase, or adjusting set.

Thursday 16th: The day of the show, we started by setting the stage and making sure all the props were in the right place, then got radios to use during the show. Before the show started we realised we forgot to get apple juice to use as whiskey for the Bugsy bit so we used some watered down tea instead as it still had the right colour. The show itself went pretty well and didn't really have any problems other than a small mic issue at some point, I was a little bit early when it came to preparing the foam plates for the last scene but it didn't matter to much. The actors didn't end up using the roses I made but I'm not really bothered by that at all. The clean up after the foam fight wasn't too bad although it was everywhere, I did have to try and get the actors to avoid brushing against the curtains when they were coming off stage but it didn't really make much difference. I found it was easier to wipe up the bulk of foam with tissue and then mop after so it didn't smear all over the floor.

Target: Make the tepee and design the cauldron.
