Year 2: Week 5, 5th - 7th Oct 2021

Tuesday 5th: Blog and website stuff, although didn't get to do much because of WIFI issues.

Wednesday 6th: I didn't really do much, I mainly help the year 1's with their sewing samples, this was because Mel couldn't find the pattern for the corset and had to help another student out so I said I would help. I think I did well with showing them the different stitches, apart from the jean stitch because I couldn't quite remember how it was supposed to be done and apparently I got it wrong. But other than that I think I did good with teaching them. After that I started making a knife for Rabbit but I had to finish it at home, I used my air brush to paint it and put some fake leather around the handle.

Thursday 7th: It was another slow day, because Mel wasn't in, although I actually did practical stuff this time. I started the day by finding props for Sweeney Todd and Frankenstein in the props shed, most of what I found was fake food which was requested but I wasn't sure what kind they wanted so I just got some that would go with the pies I made, plus I made a few bits as we didn't have enough. After that I re painted a mirror that could be used for either shows.

Target: Finish getting everything for the shows and start my corset.
